Noticed earlier that the hands on my breitling chronograph a73380 are racing round. The minutes hand is going around at the same pace as the seconds hand would usually, the hour hand isn't moving. Anyone know what's going on?

A problem in the running train, likely the minute hand has become disengaged (hence hours not turning) and somehow entangled with the seconds hand. It needs Breitling service attention.
