Hi everyone

I have a Chronomat Evo in steel from 2006. The watch runs great despite the lack of service. The only maintenance i have had to do during the 10 years as an owner has been a change of the spring in the bezel. During a family reunion one of my younger cousins turned the bezel the wrong way.

After this service the bezel operated as it should. Maybe it felt a little bit tighter. It needed more force in order to turn.

And then, for no reason, the bezel became completely stuck. It wont move at all. No one has been allowed to fiddle with the watch. It just worked fine one day...and the next...stuck as h**l. The last time this happend it would turn..not accurate, but still move.

Any ideas on what has happend? The only thing to do is take it to the dealer for yet another service?
