Hi!

Is it normal for an S.A to make "noise" while shaking the watch? Im not saying it makes load noises, just a really, really small caliber noise when shaking and having ear 1-2 mm away.

I have never thought of this cause im pretty new to Breitling. I had a Rolex Submariner 16610 before and never noticed or tryed this.

Thanks

Hi, Yes the B13 (which is based on the Valjoux 7750) is quite a noisy movement, so it's pefectly normal. A lot of us (me included) actually quite like it! Think of it as your watch's heartbeat!

Oh and yes, the Rolex Submariner movement is very quiet.

Great.

Yes, I do kind of like it. It reminds me of fishing; when the lure is being pulled in and out.

Even better than that is seeing your watch "shake" while laying on the table! I had my Evo laying on the desk during one of my college courses (I was the official time keeper for the presentations!) and it started shaking a little. I have seen it before and frankly felt it on my wrist, but my classmate was appearently looking at it when it happened. She said, "what wrong with your watch, its moving?" lol

after someone got into a fight with me...they jumped at me and i just blocked them..they hit the floor. i was so upset i heard zips whirls and buzzes..thought the impact damaged it.

as the experts have aforementioned..its the B13 caliber movement...based on valjoux 7750..that the 7750 is used in my chrono evo....its doing its job!!

it might even vibrate/..

enjoy!

It's what some enthusiasts might call "The Soul" of an automatic watch!
