Breitling will not change handsets from the original design, unless originals are no longer available in which case they may replace them with newer versions, so you'll be out of luck going to Breitling I'm afraid.
The only other option you have is getting an independent watch-maker to exchange the hands for you. Generally speaking after-market hands shouldn't cost the earth, so you are only really looking at a little labour time.
However, it's worth noting that you will destroy the watch's value by using non-OEM hands, and if it's a new watch you will be invalidating the Breitling warranty if you get anyone other than Breitling to crack open the case and do work on it.
