Hi all. I am confused to what the right hand side circle and the bottom circle does on my watch. The left circle indicates seconds and is moving but the right and bottom circle are not moving. Is this normal? Is it suppose to move and if so, what does it indicate? Also I read the care instructions and Breitling watches operate best between 0 degrees celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) and 50 degrees celsius. I live in Boston and its winter and the temperature is way below 0 degrees celsius. Apart from the watch losing precision, what happens? Sorry to bother with newbie questions. Thanks!

Answered your question on the subdials in the post on the weekend - minutes and yours for the chronograph. Your watch is not below freezing if it is on your wrist, just don't bury it in a snow bank for a week or so.

Chronograph, not chronometer.
