I have a white face Fighter series Nav with White hand.

Now, I am at an age where seeing the hands is getting quite problematical.

So my question is, can I get the hands changed to Black, as the smaller dials are black I think it would look OK

You won't get that done by Breitling as they won't change standard spec finishes on any of their watches. You could maybe try some aftermarket hands, but getting even a reasonably close match would be difficult. Alternatively you could perhaps get one of the multitude of watch customisation companies (like IWW for instance) to dip or refinished the current hands. However either way you would effectively be creating a franken-watch which is never really a good idea IMO.
