I have a Breitling Navitimer 01, it had to be sent back in once because it would not "hold a charge" and the watch would die on my wrist even after winding and wearing. At this stage, there was no problem with the crown winding and it never got stuck. However, though there is no problem with "holding a charge" the crown gets stuck after couple turns. I am not winding it every time i wear it, just sometimes but the crown seems to get stuck/stiff and then after couple minutes it can be wound some more. I am still within my 5 yr. warranty, should I get it sent it or is this normal?

Clearly not normal and needs to be sent back.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Send it back to them, they messed your watch up! (Edit) Just noticed (slightly) late. Lol.

I have a Navi 01 which I have had about 1 1/2 years. I notice that when I wind it (rarely since I wear it all the time) that sometimes it winds easily and other times it is very tight. Is this due to the amount of tension on spring or is something wrong.

I have same issue with my new navi, Breitling UK say it needs new reversing wheel, as it spins rotor when winding, not impressed as it is already a replacement watch and now needs to go back again. Also sent in 2 Utcs for battery replacement in perfect condition and am now told they need to go to the polisher as they have marks on now (after new battery)only sent them to Breitling to avoid such issues, could have had them done for a lot less than £90 each, lost all faith in Breitling UK as do not call back when they say, not helpful or apologetic, have written to Switzerland hq. £8000 on a watch and they don't seem to care. Will never buy another.
