The B2 bezel is geared so it should rotate nice and easily. I'd say a trip to an AD would be the safest bet.

One time on my B2 i was rotating the bezel to see how many turns it took to realign the numbers of the moving ring with the numbers on the dial. I lost count. It was a lot. Anyway, i was turning it and it just locked in one direction i could move it back in the other direction about a quarter turn and it would lock again. Anyway, i gently moved it lock to lock and after a while it got past the locking point. i assume there was a bit of something in there causing a mechanical lock to make that happen. It worked fine after that, but i was always careful after that, and eventually got it overhauled recently. The action is a bit smoother now. they definitely cleaned out that mechanism. How long has yours been stuck? seems like something that should be 'exercised' regularly. I guess i would say don't force it, take it in.
