Hi ,

Just got a Navitimer, this may seem stupid but is the second hand never suppose to move? The chronograph seconds circle on the other hand is ticking instead of the seconds hand?

The seconds hand is moving - it's the one in the subdial.

The large seconds hand is for the chronograph.

Welcome to the forum!

You have already got your answer, but it was not a stupid question. Whenever in need for an answer, the stupid thing to do is to avoid asking and remain in uncertainty.

Agree

No such thing as a stupid question..........only stupid answers (not that Roffs answer was stupid).

So :welcome: to forum - enjoy and ask as many questions as you like - someone will usually have an answer.

I think it was Sharkmouth who once quoted, "If a man asks a question, he may look stupid for a second. If a man doesn't ask a question he may look stupid forever". Good quote I reckon.
