I don't have the slightest idea as to what this piece is called. It is the solid SS ring on the inside of the bezel which is held in place by the rider tabs. Can someone please let me know what it is called and the approximate cost of having it replaced. Thank you for your courtesy.

It's called the chimney, but it's not being held in place by the rider tabs, it's an integral part of the case. Only way to replace it is to replace the case, but if it has just been dinged then Breitling may be able to buff it out.

Roff,
Thank you for your prompt reply and information. I hate to have to go through the time and expense involved when dealing with Breitling directly, can a good watchmaker perform the same service? thanks again for your courtesy. Bryan

If it's just a question of polishing the case then yes - your AD may even be able to help.
