What is the estimated time for a warranty claim or a repair with BUK......?
is there a set period?

Warranty repairs get priority so it's generally in the 4 - 6 week range - should be closer to 4.

how about regular maint. or repairs? Are they put to the back of the line?

Not put to the back of the line as such, but warranty repairs are given priority by Breitling. Rule of thumb at the moment is 5-6 weeks.

Just got conformation of my warranty work .........
I put the watch in to the AD on the 121th April and it will back from BUK with the AD on the 7th May....so not too bad, cant complain......It will be interesting though to see the report re the "misting under the crystal".........a new piece (3 months) and i didnt have the crown loose.....if they do give a report............:lingsrock:

Just back from AD............i asked for a report on the warranty work.......no written report only that it was "done under warranty with no obligation to customer....... resealing" was the only clue as to what was wrong.......so we could only sumise that the seals or gaskets were out of line or had not sealed properly.....(whatever that means) but its back looking great and its like having an old friend back...........i did try on a few models and was taken with the Bentley Motors with Grey Violet dial......felt comfortable too, seemed a bit smaller than my SA but evidently its supposed to be the same size??.......nice little black Breitling carry case and hard back Bentley catalouge........made me feel like a customer instead of a number for a change
