HI any help on age? i noticed after 1963 there should be red writing on the slide rule? also the bezel wont turn any fixes? thnx a lot !

If the bezel is stuck then it likely needs a service - you can't fix that yourself.

In terms of age, a serial number is the most reliable measure - probably on the inside of the caseback (a watchmaker / jeweler can safely remove it for you). Playing the law of averages it's probably 63 - 67 with an incorrect slide rule (from servicing), but it could be a transitional piece from the early 60s and it could be as late as 1970 with the small subdials.
