does anyone knows this bracelet / has information about?

i knew this bracelet from the Navitimer Patrouille de france
(only difference i can find is the engraving from Breitling logo
on the savety clasp i saw on the patrouille de france bracelet)

now i can buy this bracelet for to use on a 806

it would fit perfectly, but ...

is there any knowledge about a bracelet like this existed
in the early 70ies?

I believe these were supplied with the Patroulle de France Navitimers, and was either an option or made their way onto other Navitimers of that era, such as the 81600. While I have seen them fitted to the 806, I have never seen a catalogue picture or company advertisement showing that bracelet officially on any Navitimer.

for reason, that i have actually no other knowledge, i assume the same,
but asked myself, if there was a historic base for the Navitimer patrouille
de france bracelet - otherwise this bracelet would be a independant invention
fot the patrouille de france watch (and the security clasp on the bracelet i
showed is not engraved - of course it could be changed)

It might have been an option for other watches in the catalogue, not just for the PdF. However, as the one you picture does not have the winged logo, it could suggest that it is from the pre-Schneider era, but as you say it is a small part that could be changed. Mine does have both stamps and both logos.

Do you own that one or is it for sale?

i don't own the one i showed in the pictures, but i can
buy it

for to find a correct value/price to pay, i think it shoult have
a influence, if these existed perhabs before the PdF was available
and wich period

Best of luck. I think you will not get a definite answer to that question, so will need to price it along with all others.

That's the 81600 oyster style bracelet almost identical to the Rolex version. These came out in 1986 so would be completely wrong for an 806. I had one for a few years but it was short and finding extra links was impossible. Ended up trading it to someone with a smaller wrist that could wear it.

arcadelt and vintage,

thanks for the help and opinions

i only like to buy it for the sunmer, because there are no real other options easy to find

a bracelet No 10 i don't like on 806

a correctly fitting mesh/milanese bracelet would be hard
to find and very expensive

regards

Stephan
