It’s an 81600 all steel handwound with the moonwatch mvmt, I need an outer scale , hands and a general service . Any ideas ?

Given its not a vintage piece, Id take others advice about whether Breitling themselves could do it. Im not aware of a watchmaker that has these parts and best course of action would be to try and find them yourself if Breitling is no help, and then just find a reliable watchmaker. Not much help, sorry.
