Dear all,

I am new on this forum and recently started my vintage watch collection. In this collection I have a vintage breitling, but unfortunately I don't have much information about it.

Could somebody maybe help me with the calibre that is in there or maybe some documents/patents or anything related to this watch. I hope to learn more about my watch, but am not sure how I can find this (I have not yet opened the back of the watch, so I don't have any specific serials yet).

According to my knowledge this watch should be from around 1940?
I am also not sure what is original and what not (on the crown the breitling logo is visible very lightly), and as you can see on the dial as well. But I am not sure if everything adds up.

Hope you can help me!

Hi,
I can't say that much about this watch...However generally speaking Genève on the dial should indicate a post 1953 production (at least for the dial).

Okay I didn't know, it might be an after 1953 production but I am not sure.

I have found a picture of the back of the watch, tomorrow I will try to add one of the movement (if I manage to open the case without to much hassle).
