Post subject:  Breitling Duograph original dial information

Just wanted to share since I have heard suggestions that Duograph models may appear without Duograph on the dial. I am passing this along only as a point of reference, kindly provided by Breitling's factory-authorized service center for vintage (pre-1975) mechanical Breitling watches. That workshop examines/services/restores ~400+ pieces/yr.

"The Duograph model (early split seconds models) had reference numbers 762, 764, 766 and 791. Based on our photo archives (watches we have received unaltered from the original owner or family) we see the Dougraph dials had Breitling in script and Duograph in block print underneath. We have no photos of these models without that combination..."

Interesting note... I always thought indeed that original rattrapante should have duograph on the dial but premier with rattrapante offered lately at auction made me doubt...
Have we ever seen documentation regarding those Breitling "premier" rattrapante by the way?

Or maybe i am confusing: duograph is the early rattrapante model and some premier were fitted with a rattrapante movement later...?

I dont see where Mark / Theresa says that they have seen Ratty's *without* Duograph on the dial ?, just that some have block and that "We have no photos of these models without that combination..."

miscommunication, I think.
all here an in agreement the Rattrapante should have Duograph dials, OP posted the Heist quote to contradict these "suggestions" to non-Duograph Ratties ?

Correct @WatchFred. I had heard suggestions otherwise (that possibly existed without 'Duograph') so wanted to share from another resource.
