Correct for me apart hands in need of a correct repaint. Interesting SS bracelet ... probably by NSA? .

Thank you. Based on the similar clasp on this one reported to be from NSA, I suggest you are correct about the bracelet.

On the Navi's strap , we can see that the clasp spring is broken . It is quite easy to source a replacement spring from some NSA straps specialists in USA .

Be careful with this one...
It was for sale on eBay. I had bought and paid for it. PayPal refunded my money due to sellers account issues. This happened twice. Sellers communication was terrible. I then gave up.

I have also seen it for sale at auction house.
Probably legit, but be careful.
