On ebay at the moment. Unusual ref 173. Richter's book says a 173 has a Pulsations dial and the pictured example in the book does. Still, it might just be another variation often found on B's of this era. Other than the wrong minute hand, wrong crown, and bent lugs, it's one you don't see often and will probably clean up nicely.
