Hi everyone,

Seller claims that 50's breitling navitimer booklets were black&white?

Is that correct? Thanks in advance

Some were black and white in the 90s, so it wouldn't surprise me that they were in the 50s too.

Edit: BTW, which booklet?

I searched the Internet and eBay and this is the only black and white one I could find; all the rest are yellow or blue. Interestingly, the linked watch is from the early 70s and the owner has had it for most of that time.

In his listing, the seller of the one you are looking at says he welcomes better dating information. Perhaps send him the link and he may question the veracity of his claim that this is from before 1962.

As far as I know, yellow booklets from the beginning . Some white only in the 70's at the end of L.G. Breitling , probably because saving one color = cheaper booklets?
Blue booklets = early ones from the new company Breitling SA.
