I will measure out the glass from my 806 (1970) to order a new plexi glass, but is it possible or maybe better to measure from my watchmaker?
is the size from the inner bezel or little bit more in the bezel? Or exist a list?

Agreed. You may want to order a M386 as well just in case - they only cost a few $/€ so no harm. The 384 is normally the right one though as Fred says.
