First post on the forum, and my first step into buying a vintage watch, so any help in steering me away from iffy watches would be really appreciated.

I'm looking at Top Time 2002s and would welcome views on this one, it's described as a 1970, 2002-33. It's not described as having any changes, so assume its all original. Does this look ok? It's up for €2400. (I'm in the uk)

Its on Chrono24, here's the link, apologies, Im struggling to load pics for some reason.

EDIT: have added a second one, is it unusual to have painted pushers?

Thanks Fred, thats great. The first one says it comes with the original box and service papers, assume thats a positive.

The second one - any idea why they would have painted the pushers? It was obviously a gift to the owner, so has been engraved on the back. Does this impact on the value, or just adds interest.

would like to see a picture of b&p before commenting on value, if correct it would clearly be a positive

the WW2 Hanhart were widely modded w/ red pusher caps - on the late 60s and 70s Breitling it impacts the value quite a bit, negatively.

Appropriate "solvent" will solve the problem of painted pushers ... after doing them off !

yes, but "normal" people need a watchmaker for that, we can't all be Phil ;)
and he would charge quite a bit for that.
