A good way to spoil a basically good Navi : you spread a maximum of lume everywhere on dial and hands and you describe that as patina ... It is applied like butter on a toast , the hands have doubled their weight due to relume , even the sweepsecond has got some lume. On the dial, numbers look fat and even the big Arrow at 12' has got its amount of material . Beurk !
