Recieved my 809 cleaned up and lovingly fixed by our friend Craig in Oregon...then scratched the crystal a few weeks back...took a chance and bought the Polywatch crystal scratch remover...wasn't sure it would work but it did wonders...so if any of you folks wear your watches on a regular basis like i do, this may be an option when you have a minor heart attack...regards, Rob
