What do you think guys is this watch a fake? Had a watch pro in NYC take a look at it and she wasn't sure and thought perhaps part of it was original and other parts weren't legit. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

I am not sure, with a watch like that, but from looking at the logo, which is in 3 different writingstyles, I would say, its a fake.

I actually think it's mostly real, but not necessarily parts of the same watch. No evidence that it's military - it seems like every black face / non dressy watch from this era has to be described as military.

I have problems with the caseback - it appears to have suffered a common problem of someone engraving the Breitling name on the back - watches of this era often didn't have the name on the caseback, but sellers seem to think that it will be worth more if it has the name so engrave it - ruining the watch in my opinion.

That said, the caseback may not be genuine anyway - it looks right but I would need to check the references for the model number.

The movement looks like a genuine movement, but not from this watch - the big screw holding the movement in the case at 2 o'clock suggests that it came from a slightly smaller case.

As a general comment - I would never buy a watch from South America - the majority of vintage Breitlings on eBay at the moment are from Argentina and the majority seem to be frankenwatches made up of parts.
