Looks fine. Heck, I'd buy it just for the original tag. :wink: Ask him what it says on the back, or better yet, a pic of the back. Should have a reference number and maybe a Breilting 'B'. Serial number will most likely be inside the back cover. These are usually very small ladies watches so make sure you know what the size is and that you're ok with it.

Damn, if that truly is NOS then that's a heck of a find. Tag is correct for sure, so no reason to doubt it. I'm always wary of watches without movement shots, but this is so cheap right now that it really doesn't matter.
