Are you sure? That looks legit to me. Usually when they replicate manual wind chronographs, they use a seagull movement in which the subdial at 6 mimics the hour hand, i.e. always running.

Even that movement shots like real.

Who/what is Lanco?

yeah... the bridge engraving is a dead giveaway...

the resign on the dial actually looks good though..
