Hi All,

New to this site and trying to find more info on buying either a Unitime or Co-pilot AVI. Does anyone know of any availiable (would prefer a Unitime) and how much I should expect to pay for either one of these?

Have seen this:

http://www.watchestobuy.com/BreitlingUniTime.htm

Buying a vintage Breitling seems to be a bit of a minefield, in terms of what has been repaired or touched up. What is the best way to know exactly what is the genuine article?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

Mark, London

eBay is a good indication of pricing - it's hard to give a specific price as every watch differs.

Ask here for opinions, we'll set you straight. General rules - never buy without photos of everything - serial number, model number and movement a well as dial, and never buy from South America - well over 90% are frankenwatches.

In terms of this watch, I don't see any problems with it, although there are no screws holding the movement in place (very minor and easy to address). It's a dealer and the price reflects that - not great for the condition.

I purchased a watch from this site in the last year and had a positive experience. I like the watch and it was as described, but in retrospect I paid a lot more then the watch was really worth. The pics are pretty high res, so the experts here on this site should be able to weigh in on the specifics about this particular watch.

This Unitime is very rare. I had only 2 in my life and they are sold for a much higher price.

I think, this one is ok and the price also. Its very hard to find only one. If you real want it, you have to accept the sellers price or you must wait years for the next bargain.
