Hi,

I posted pics of the Navitimer in PVD below, was trying to find out more information on them but it seems there is nothing online about them, could the resident experts help me out with information on the piece?

Thank You,

S

The Navitimer site is a great resource for watches like this - your model is a Navitimer Chronomatic 8806 - you should find more details Googling that string as well.

I have an early seventies catalog which shows the only options for the Navitimer as being steel, gold plated, and 18k. There's always the possibility that it was customized with the PVD coating later on or perhaps was a test piece from Breitling. You'll have to write Breitling in Switzerland to find out for sure.
