So I found this one... I already have my black on black... this gold on black strap looks actually decent. And it's pretty cheap... (so far) But this automatic movement has some markings that are not familiar with the one I have...

http://cgi.ebay.com/BREITLING-AUTOMATIC ... 7C294%3A50

1) Don't think it's a big deal but the B on the rotor is not supposed to be red is it?
2) The second hand doesn't look original
3) the "28" mark on the rotor... what is that :?:
4) the serial 236-25... never seen this kind of SN before... :?:

Thanks~

Come on, you know better than this!

Where does the watch come from?

Do I need to go on?

Lots of photos of the newly stamped dial - there's no steak so he has to sell the sizzle!

He is brave enough to show the caseback, but if I were him, I wouldn't have bothered - one of my dogs could have done a better job of engraving the Breitling on the back than he's done.

The rotor may be OK (sans red) the 28 would be the movement reference - I'm not an expert on these early non chrono autos.

Didn't see the south america location... but more than that, I really didn't notice the Breitling engraving on the caseback until now...

alrighty let's move on... 8)

I'm just curious... how can you tell the newly stamped dial?
