Bill in Sacramento -
I had a First Sergeant in the Army just like you - spoke rarely, professional, knowledgeable, stood up to idiot officers (like me)…
Be careful – if you keep posting as you have on this thread, you might develop some fans.

Should have mentioned this one isn't mine. Got the pic off the internet to show that this was probably the style watch breitlingmuseum was talking about initially. It also dates to 1945. I've seen quite a few of these over the years. It also has a different code than WOG on the balance cock.

Yes my watch is such style, but not the same.

Last week, here in this thread, unfortunately, where some assozial people, who had any interest, to impulse there agressive mood, but had no interest in the watch or Breitling. I hope in everyone's interest that these aggressive elements are banned from the forum and we can discuss again peacefully watches. I will adjust in the next few days some photos.

I'm not trying to sell anything. I don't lie. I don't run shill auctions. I strongly recommend that you be banned from this forum and any commerce. If we were both banned I would be very happy.

Youhave failed multiple times to comply with the rules, and have failed to heed multiple warnings without being banned and yet as soon as someone disagrees with you they should be banned?

It doesn't work like that.

You should know by now that we try very hard not to ban anyone. People will not agree on every topic, and when members are also well known for their commercial activities people will inevitably look at their motivation when considering their posts. Further, if members have opinions that differ from what is generally accepted there will inevitably be a majority view and a minority view.

That is what makes forums what they are, and if you choose to contribute then you have to accept that.

No one is going to get banned for disagreeing with you or saying things that you don't like. Just like you don't get banned for saying things that others don't like.

Thats very correct and very fair, thanks.

In some other dirthy forums they do bann every correct opinion, which is differnt of the forums leaders opinion,
even if the dispute is still more to be correct. And this is a real dirthy and assozial behavior.

It is a big difference if someone is selling a watch, you do not know, or if someone sells a fake.

Bill, is that your opinion a fake? http://cgi.ebay.com/Sprint-Antique-chro ... 2ea8559dfd

Post subject:  The watch you point to does not have correct Breitling marki

on any of its parts (case, movement, dial), and I presume we are not seeing the inside caseback for a reason.

Is it your watch?

Is it your watch?

Yes now its my watch, I just bought it and its 100 % genuine beside the caseback, this is not original and I knowed it before I bought.

The seller was very serious and did not know it is a Breitling, he sold it as no name Chronograph with Sprint on the dial, but he didnt understoud, what is Sprint.

I bought it, because I have the absolut identic Breitling watch, but with the genuine caseback. Two fakes from total different springs so identic, its not possible.

And I am real happy with tis deal, it was a real bargain.

Bill,

you make things very easy for you. You have maximum 4 different catalogues from the periode 1845 till 1960. And what you dont find in this 4 catalogues, that is fake for you. 4 catalogues for 115 years Breitling, real simple thinking.

Breitling produced much more differnet watches as you find in your catalogues.

And what is with the "Mervos, Benrus, Wakmann france, Cuervo y Sobrino, Haste and any more. In your opinion they are not produced by Breitling ?
