Hello chums,

Very oddly, my life is following a similar, but less spectacular line to our good friend Roff.

Today saw the completion of the sale of my company.

My business partner and my nephew are continuing on without me, and I wish them the greatest success.

I'd become a hindrance as opposed to leader. It was time for me to go quietly into the night.

19 years of amazing fun, travel, long hours, fear, worry finally took it's toll. With my health suffering I took the decision to get the hell out.

So I'm unemployed, ready to care for my wife as she has another operation on Wednesday.

Let's see where Mr Fate takes me now.

Most likely not to my local Breitling AD :nana:

Big, life changing decisions there Davey. I really hope it all works out for you, but if your health was suffering as a result of your business, then I can categorically say you've made the right decision to get out.

I really hope your wife's operation goes OK too.

I think Driver8 said it. Everything happens for a reason and now you can focus on your and your wife's health. Enjoy discovering the new adventures ahead and good luck to your wife next week.
