Hello all,

Can anyone tell me if you have to do anything other than empty your mailboxes to release one that been put on hold?

I've deleted pretty much everything, but one is still saying its stuck....

Any help would be appreciated.

yes, u have to click on a link in the text telling you about your on hold messages in the box above your inbox directory.
