Not having any problems recently. Uploading or reviewing.

I get annoyed with the constant barrage of ads though. Especially when they pop up over your current actions. Real pain in the butt.

On-line assistance is very good though, and helpful. Only issue is you have to be logged in to access help.

I used to have lots of "outages." I would send a Bitch inquiry and it would be fixed almost instantly. I came to the conclusion it was like so many other "free" techy products - the more you use it the more glitchy it gets. Why? So you will buy the upgraded product, in this case Photobucket Pro. I spent a few bucks and haven't had an issue since.
