There's a guy who knows a couple of the members here (I don't know if he's actually a member here himself) who has a pretty big Breitling wings tattoo on his back I believe. I'm pretty sure I've seen a picture either here or on WUS of it.

I also recall seeing another member here who had a Breitling tattoo on his arm or wrist if memory serves.

That tat will be Lou, one of the Duxford 10.

Right across his back likely measuring 4' (Lou is a big guy)

Now that is dedication to a brand.

Do you have any other similar brand tattoos?

No other brand tattoos.
But my other tattoo is dedicated to the Apache helicopter.

From the Duxford 10 forum

The Infamous Duxford 10
In 2010 a crack watch nerd group escaped from a maximum security forum to the internet underground. If you have a problem, and if you can find them, maybe you can join . . . the B Team!

Group of ten friends in the UK who got irritated with a certain moderation 'style' on a watch forum (not this one) and exited. Meet up generally once a year and talk bollocks, also known to have a quiet beer or two.

As a guy that has quite a bit of ink, I might just have to come up with something.

I have A LOT of tattoos, but I don't think I could ever have a logo inked on me, each to their own though!

I bet you thought long and hard to which was going to be your first tattoo.
What I have found is there generally is a theme to most peoples tattoos, do you have a theme?
Well mine is aviation and inline with that, for me, comes Breitling and helicopters.
The tattoo brings great interest on a regular basis, but it was not done for that. I like the brand and feel fortunate to own one of their watches, that too brings great interest.
I have found that people not connected with aviation do not recognise the brand name or emblem.. for me it will always be the....'Instrument for professionnals'.
