Since it was my last day on my assignment today I treated everyone that I've worked with to cake.

No need to say that everyone was pretty happy. Just wanted to share with you guys.

From the left:
1. Carrot-cake
2. Brownie
3. Raspberry/chocolate-cake
4. Princess-cake(whipped cream, strawberry filling and so on)

I KNOW I could! I just had some 'bear claws' - not sure how to describe them other than decadent, but they tasted great!

Looks gooooood! Is there any filling inside them as well? I've never tasted bear claws so I'm curious. :)

I would guess the filling is a paste made of some sort of nut, the bread is sweet. I just ate one, I have about 5 pounds of this stuff left in my house!
