...thank God. I have never felt so empty and alone, the past few hours have been an eternity. My new found friends vanished in the virtual mist only to reappear, re-newed, yet strangely distant...as if a million words that had been read and laughed at had somehow never happened....

Thanks Altair! I really will be more careful from now on.. my host makes weekly backups for me, but with a forum, the only way to really minimize loss is to have a daily backup, which might be a consideration in the future... I am really glad to be back too.. those great posts by ewen are gone :(

Yes it's true it's a real p-i-t-a as some of us had spent time replying (at length) to questions asked - this said, I know what it's like so I can't complain - been there, done that :oops:
