Heres some great LARGE pictures of the upcoming B01 movement.

disclaimer: I snagged these off of a french site and cant prove them either way, but they look legit to me. Also, they were saying something about automatic wheel column, integrated chrono, 47 jewels, clutch vertical power reserve of more than 70 hours, it fitted with a patented autocentrage hammers of rems to zero, and an exclusive raquetterie allowing to quickly customize the setting of the watch according to the bearer...... I dont pretend to understand what they said.....

Great design. No rotor whobble anymore. Two way wind-up rotor mechanism? Ceramic balls? Diamond coated main spring barrel? It doesn't have the freesprung balance. Hope, that they build it into smaller cases too (+/- 40 mm). Then, I might be in the market again, sooner or later.

At least, this movement really looks great and rugged.

I'm not sure on some of those terms either - not sure how they translate to English, but it does look like there is a novel index system for adjusting the balance spring - which in practical terms means that it's a different (and presumably better / easier) way to regulate the movement.

70 hours is likely an indication of a longer mainspring, which may mean there is some innovative materials science in there, but it's also an indication of a low friction movement - hence the high jewel count and (as vorollo suggests) maybe ceramic (or something else) ball bearings.
