My biggest question was what kind of bracelet this would be on and now I see Kern has them posted on his instagram. I'm not a fan of the bracelet choice and would prefer to see something along the lines of the Navitimer bracelets.

Overall I like the look of the watch and look forward to seeing it in person but I don't think I'll be placing an order.

On a strap it reminds me more of Breitling Transocean Chronograph than a modern Navitimer; 43 mm, 100-meter water resistance, no slide rule etc. Looks nice.

I expected another type of bracelet thou, maybe a brushed Navitimer bracelet.

And I still wonder if they improved the clasp on the bracelet.

For me, I'd just rather see either a Navitimer or Pilot bracelet on there. I think if you have a model that could become a flagship of the brand for years to come, you'd put a nicer bracelet on it. I'm not trying to say the bracelet that is on there is a bad quality or anything like that, I just think if you put a brushed navi/pilot bracelet on there, it would look a lot nicer. If I were to find out the bracelet on there comes with a micro adjustment that you can do on the go, something similar to Rolex or Omega, then I'd be somewhat excited.

The B01 version is by far and away the best of those models IMO. If only they'd left the date out completely (or "done an Omega" and hidden it within the 6 o'clock subdial) then I'd have been a huge fan : as it is I think I'll need to see it in person. I'm not feeling the bracelet though as I think it makes the watch look a little too heavy and clumsy. It's much nicer on the strap IMO.

As for the others, the Unitime is quite nice, but it reminds me a little too much of the IWC Pilot Worldtimer. Not necessarily a bad thing - just not enough of it's own personality for me.

The others (the B13 chrono, the Day Date, and the Auto) aren't saying a thing to me I'm afraid. Rather bland and uninspiring. :|

On the plus-side though, I really like the fact that things appear to moving towards a slightly more subtle and (dare I say) classy look. I'm holding out hope for a fresh new era under Kern. :thumbsup:

I like the look of the silver unitime but it could really depend on how it looks in real life. The blue B01 on a brown strap would look nice.

Is it just me, or does it look like some of the bracelets have polished center links?

I hope Breitling still will try to compete with brands like Rolex, Zenith and Omega; and not Tudor, Tag Heuer and Longines
