Up until recently I would send my Breitlings to a local Swiss watch repair shop experienced in servicing Breitling. However, when I browsed over to their website recently, they had posted a notice that as of the end of 2016 they are now only "allowed" to work on vintage Breitling. This is apparently due to Breitling USA opening a new large service center in CT.

I would prefer to take/send my watch to a private shop for servicing rather than to "the factory" if possible. Can anyone recommend a qualified Breitling non-factory shop? Preferably close to PA, but that's not a deal-breaker. In this particular case, I'm looking for just a clean/lube for a ~4 year old Transocean Day-Date.

Apologies in advance if this is a taboo forum topic.
