Hi all a form new here. I have recently acquired one of many Breitlings to add to my collection.

I needed some work doing and took it to my local watchmaker who told me the movement was not original as it was a Japanese movement. initially I thought I had been ripped off until doing some research where I found this could be right movement after all.

Can any of you guys advise from the pics.

Cheers

Which Jupiter? The Breitling Source page has this a Breitling 59 movement:

I matched it based on crown position on your photo but I might have the wrong model, some of the others are Myota's.
