I just got back my Navitimer Aerospace back from Breitling USA after a "Butchered" Completed Service.
During the "Complete Service" they adjusted the bracelet to compensate for wear, unfortunately they did not do a very good job. My 6 yr old could have done better !!
After talking with Nicole in Customer service the 1st time she asked me to send it back so they can look at it.
after BUSA received it she told me that they could not see anything wrong with it, stated that the watch 20 + old years old and implied that I bought the watch 2 hand !!!.
To Begin, It shouldnt matter if I bought the watch 2 or 20th hand, which by the way I am the original owner !!
I proceeded to give her a detailed description of my complaints, she stated that they added 4 links to the bracelet and that....., well this is the best we can do !!, however if you are not happy please send it back. We offer a 2 year warranty !!

I am highly dissapointed to say the least, I have other breilting ( last 1 was and emergency mission ELT in 2008)serviced by them in the past and never had any issues.

Anyone have a similar experience ??

From the picture, you can't really tell what is wrong with it. So are you saying the bracelet came back too tight so they ended up adding 4 links to try to correct the situation?

Having a hard time understanding how an "improperly adjusted bracelet" is a butchered service! What exactly were they supposed to do? Complete service?

I'm confused too. What is wrong in the picture you provided?
