Hi there...

I have a navi 01 46 my in 2-tone with SS and red gold. Only the bezel, hands and some dial details are in gold.

The bezel has got some scratches now (some hairline and a couple of them slightly deeper). In a couple of places on the bezel edges, there are those micro-sized dents/nicks.

Brand new bezel is way too expensive. A complete overhaul is due and I'd prefer a polishing job that comes along, for now. I'm quite scared as to the thickness of the gold on that bezel for the polishing job.

Kindly share your thoughts and opinions. Can they polish it up to a decent level without the SS showing through?!

thanks in advance..

I have a two tone Breitling Crosswind SE that's been to Breitling for service three times. All three times they've done an excellent job polishing the gold portions of the bezel and bracelet...so I would think they'd handle yours with due care.
