Hello everyone, I am new to the forum hopefully I am posting in the right place. I currently own a Superocean Heritage 42 and I love it however I decided to upgrade. I purchased the chronomat 41 rose gold version from a reputable ebay seller. The watch has a small defect/mark at 10 o'clock. I paid $4000 for the watch.

Would you consider this a good deal? Seller was cool and said if I didn't like the way the mar looks I can return it.

Please advise. Thanks!

ps: Watch hasn't arrived yet.

I don't see a defect at 10 o'clock position, but one of the later posts pointed out a scrape on the edge of the bezel at the ten (10) marker...RobS-I understand that the box is part of the design, but didn't know if the OP was referring to it as a defect...

Is the defect the outline of the "box" corner that can also be seen at the 7:30 position too?

The "box" or square is a design element on the Chronomat dial.

It's not a defect.

Small spec of paint on the right of the 70 on the tachy? Can't see anything else unless I'm going blind!

Sounds like a good deal to me, £3000~ sterling, people are asking £3500-£4000 on Chrono24

The edge of the gold bezel by the 10 (on the bezel) has a scrape.

Looks good otherwise.
