I've always loved the chronoliner, except the crown needed to move the 12 hour hand not the 24hr to make it truly functional & useful for my work.
Finally this has arrived, awesome, & I would buy it in a heartbeat, but...why would they choose a blue model & not the panda scheme for a professional pilots' watch. I'll go see it & try it, but I know it will not have that pro/distinguished look for what I'm after. It might as well be pink.

I personally feel that this model has excellent flair for details, that not many models possess. Observe how the min hand aligns with the tip of the small min markers while the Super Luminova tip on it aligns with the tip of the 5 min interval markers. It is designed in a way that info is readily legible in every situation. For example, even when the GMT hand meets the min hand or the chrono sec hand, it will minimize disruption that can prevent the user from retrieving the most detailed information needed. These are what "instruments for professionals" should possess.

What I do not like is that overall look of this model. Even though classic looking, seems to me like a mix and match of everywhere. Navi look a like pushers, Chronomat look a like Chrono Sec Hand, a bezel that seems to belong to another model. I don't know... but the whole piece looks like a wannabe. That's just my personal view and it's very subjective. Other than that I thought the piece generally is top notch in terms of detail and functionality.
