Okay, I've tried to work out how on earth you use a Breitling 24-hour dial and failed miserably. So, how do you?

EDIT - is it the movement as well? Each half of the dial is 12 hours? (spent ages trying to work it out and that's just occurred to me)

It depends, if it is a GMT model then what you would consider the normal hour and minute hands work on a 12 hour cycle with a special third hand indicating the 24 hour position.

If it is say one of the 24 hour military models the watch works on the hour hand revolving onely once in a 24th hour period so in effect the hour hand runs at half speed and the dial will be calibrated for 24 hour use.

Maybe better if you could upload a picture and or give the model.
