So... I came across this little gem at of all places, Costco today. I don't know much about it however have recently been doing some reading lately. I'd like to know your thoughts on the watch, price and value. .

I own the exact watch. I love it. 500m WR. I bought mine used in pristine condition 2 yrs ago. I think you could pick 1 up at a significant savings used.

It's the first time I have seen it in this color combo. I like the black face for versatility and the yellow pops for some "pop" that is still understated and not too boring.

How's the thickness and weight feel?

I also wonder what the collectibility of one like this would be. Given that Breitling is based on aeronautics, not necessarily diver watches

I bought it because of the yellow on black. There has been some justifiable criticism that it does not have a lume dot at the 60 marker for diving. But I also know a lot of Submariners that have never been been more that 15 ft underwater !

I wear mine of a rubber Breitling Deployant to "debling" it a little . 44mm X 17mm- actually about the same size as the Rolex
Deep Sea .Weight wise it is a substantial watch, the rubber cuts that down.
My work wear is a Titanium Avenger M1 Quartz which is also a fantastic watch ( also 44x17).

Good to know, great feedback; particularly the weight of the watch. I didn't try it on, just "glass gazing".
