Evening everyone ...

Just been looking on the Breitling website and I can't seem to find the main Breitling service centre as an option in Tunbridge Wells. There is an authorised dealer it lists but not the main service centre. I am pretty sure this used to be on there? Have they stopped people from dropping off a watch there now as I live not far from there and would be the easiest option. May have to use them for warranty work..

Cheers

Using an AD they should give you the retail price of what Breitling would charge you. If it is under warranty, use the AD, they are typically very good. If you are skeptical you could ship it yourself. But using an AD gives you someone you can contact. :D

P.S. I work for an AD of Breitling.

Thanks for that however the problem is there is no authorised dealers near me and the closest one is Tunbridge wells. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they say. Are there any other benefits with using an AD over going direct with them apart from contact and price (wouldn't really come into it anyway for warranty work). Just strange how they have removed the tunbridge wells centre from their dealer map on the website under the service section.

I've had a look and you're right, they seem to have taken it 'off the grid'. I'd call them - 01892 553620 - explaining that you're local and want to drop it off, I'm sure that's doable.

Dropped off today after a phone call with them this morning no problems at all. Been told about a 3 week wait for turnaround with warranty work. Nothing major at all just precautionary really but will wait and see what comes out from the inspection. Was pretty impressive inside to see them all working on the watches!
