My 30 day old B-50 already has dead pixels on the lower display. Bummed but glad I have the warranty. What is turn around time on this? Cannot believe it is defective after 30 days.

Did a hard reset, basically restarted the watch via the deep sleep mode and the display works fine now. Maybe a glitch in the SW. Going to keep an eye on it.

Good to know the reset worked, thanks for the update, we appreciate it! Hope it continues to wear well.

Well, I spoke to soon, acting up again. 30 days old and it is off to BUSA for a repair.

Return the watch and politely but firmly demand a replacement watch.

Good luck, Breitling changed 3 times my B55 to have no issue on it :-)
dead pixel, second hand misalignment, case default, ...

I'm now selling all my Breitling Quartz to switch on the B01 / B04.

Mine is working fine since the fix. Hopefully that continues.
