Yes but has anyone else got one or no about them? I have been in conversation with Breitling for months but they are limited to how much they can help.

It's not only impossible to try and help you more if we don't know what you want, it's extremely frustrating when you just keep repeating yourself without providing any clarification about what the heck it is you want to know. This is not some special watch that Breitling produced with fanfares of angels or lubricated with unicorn tears, it's 'just' a Sirius auto in a gold case with a MOP dial. Your question seems to imply you are expecting to hear some earth shattering information about it, but it's just another Breitling.

I happen to know quite a bit about this watch actually. Based on my research this watch was once owned by Donald Trump who was a big Breitling fan, he received the watch new from Bill Clinton as a gift for all of his donations. Hillary was very upset about this though because Monica Lewinsky picked it out at the local jewelry store. Apparently this watch saw some crazy stuff in the oval office before being gifted to Donald. Donald then gave the watch to Kanye West because he felt the watch was too small for his large hands. Kanye wore the watch for several years before handing it off to a street peddler in exchange for a bouquet of flowers for his girlfriend at the time. The Street peddler sold the watch to a pawn shop and from their the provenance gets a bit foggy, from there it ended up with you, congratulations, you own a 20+ year old watch that is worth whatever someone on flea-bay is willing to give you for it.
