So either of these will be my next purchase. I am more in love with the navitimer as I have a all navitimer collection going currently. Both watches I am gettin for roughly the same price, but the Olympus is in Europe. I have to do my due diligence to believe if the seller is legitimate, and the seller of the 1461 is a well reviewed seller on another watch forum. Essentially both are the same movement in different packages, but I am still torn. The reason I am looking at these watches is that I want a watch that is overly complicated without paying the price of a top tier brand. Plus I will be wearing this watch as my daily driver due to keeping it wound. Any thoughts?

I am a bit bias as I have just got a Navitimer limited edition 1461 and love it. My previous model is the Navi fighter edition, so obviously I like the Navi.
But saying that a friend of mine is thinking of changing to the Trans 1461 and I can see the attraction, as it has an under stated elegance and you still have the 1461 face. Difficult choice, let your heart rule your head.

I own Transocean 1461s in stainless/black and stainless/silver, black on black croc and silver on brown croc. Both are awesome and pair really well with either suits or casual wear. They are my two most favorite pieces next to the Crosswind LE which shall never be dethroned!

Oh let's make it a bit more difficult .
There is also a Monbrillant 1461 Jours which looks smashing on bracelet or various leather straps.

Personally I'd go the navi Olympus. Or wessa's jours.
